February 22 Course Registration

The course are taking place on Saturday, February 22 will be a recertification course. Please fill out the entire form and read the Terms and Conditions carefully. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon completing the form to confirm your spot in the course and that your payment has been received.

Another email will be sent to you at least 3 days prior to the course start date with specific details pertaining to location and start time. If you have any questions while filling out this form please feel free to email msert.courses@gmail.com. Please note: if there is low registration, MSERT may have to cancel the course in which case participants would be entitled to a reimbursement of the course fee.
