STRATEGIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM serves as a strong business management learning framework for one to become a ENTREPRENEUR/MANAGER/EXECUTIVE/INNOVATOR by understanding the 4Ps (Purpose-Process-People-Profit). It aims to enable learners to understand the significance and strength of Imagination, Creativity, Innovation, Entrepreneurship (Profitable Decision) and Business Management in business creation and development amidst a disruptive world. Key take away is for each one to always gain and sustain its competitive advantage in the chosen business.

Each participant will be guided through Strategic Workshop Session that will start from VALUE CREATION, VALUE CONNECTION, VALUE CONVERSION and VALUE CULTIVATION with Lean Business Startup and Design Thinking methodology. All these 4 modules are strategic in nature and will serve as a strategic management tool whether one is looking for new and innovative business strategies, the right business opportunity, starting to set up a business, looking for new products and services or looking for new strategies to expand its business. Each module is led by Startup First faculty expert with field experience specific.
 
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
Upon completion of this Strategic Entrepreneurship Program, learners are expected to:
1. Create a strong BUSINESS AND BRAND VALUE that offers unique business propositions in gaining and sustaining its competitive advantage
2. Continuously develop and strengthen PULL strategies in positioning its products and services to the right market
3. Strategically position themselves in market.
