Audition Registration ~ SHREK JR
Treehouse Theater will present four performances of SHREK JR as our Spring 2023 musical production, celebrating the final show of our 11th SEASON.

This fabulous musical will be led by:
    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - Karen Rohrer
    PRODUCER - Erin Nycz
    DIRECTOR - Deanne Stokes
    MUSIC DIRECTOR - Shannon Meulbroek
CHOREOGRAPHERS - Madde Gilmore and Katie Jo Shimulunas

AUDITIONS are open to students, ages 8-18 and up to 50 actors will be cast.  We anticipate a large turnout of students at auditions and will likely cast only a few students age 12 and under ~ those students have the option to audition for Winnie the Pooh KIDS on Jan. 7.   For more information, visit: LINK

Please DO NOT register to audition for Shrek JR if you/your child is unable to highly prioritize production rehearsals within the family calendar.

Students should fully PREPARE AND MEMORIZE two things, each up to one minute in length:
  • SONG with accompaniment (from a music theater production) that highlights their vocal range
  • MONOLOGUE that highlights their diction and emotion
Students are welcome to choose their own song and/or monologue OR they may consider our suggestions as included within your confirmation email.
