Refugees and communications rights in Europe: breaking down the social media divides
Thank you for taking part in this survey. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

The project “Refugees and communications rights in Europe: breaking down the social media divides” aims at understanding which strategies and tools work best to address hate speech on social media targeting refugees and migrants. We want to collect experiences and case studies from people who work on these issues and encounter these situations. What works? What doesn’t? Your contribution will help us find out.

The first part of the survey includes some general questions, first referring to yourself and your communication activities, and then related to your experience in addressing hate speech targeted to migrants and refugees.

The second part of the survey will ask you to identify a specific case of hate speech against migrants and refugees which you addressed, successfully or not. We are grateful for any concrete examples you can share with us, and of failures as well as of successes, as this will give us a better insight into effective strategies and ways to address hate speech.
