The Organizers of the 10th Asian Regional Congress of the International Labor and Employment Relations Association (10th ASIA ILERA 2020), The University of the Philippines School of Labor and Industrial Relations (UP SOLAIR) values the confidentiality of personal data. This document details how the organizers use and protect personal data for the purpose of obtaining the consent of data subjects, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), other issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and other relevant laws of the Philippines.

2. Affiliation/University/Organization
3. e-mail addresses
4. nationality, country of origin
5. Video appearances
These data will be used for contact and coordination purposes with the participants and attendees. With the exception of number (1), (2) and (5), these data do not appear in public databases released by the organizers (Brochures, Website, etc.).
The organizers uses participant names and affiliations for the following purposes:
1. Inclusion in the conference program listed in the website, and online program brochures (participants)
2. Displayed in conference video recordings (participants and attendees)
3. To be used in development of other conference materials (e.g. Book of abstracts, Certificates, etc.) (participants and attendees)
