• Provide clear reference images for the commission piece. This way we are on the same page when it comes to the visuals. You can accompany text descriptions with the images to define things even more.

• If you are ordering a Character Design Sheet, references for clothing styles, mood and color schemes are needed. Text descriptions are also useful.

  • Since the world of NSFW is vast, I will keep my right to decline the commission if the subject matter makes me uncomfortable. I would say most vanilla things are just fine.

• Be sure you know that my current expertise is more in humanoid territory. I'm not experienced with furries, mechas and such. So when you commission me, you also acknowledge this fact.

• I won’t draw NFTs. Don’t even ask.

• I won't draw real life people. Or someone's dog or cat in a realistic way.

• I won't draw minors in sexual situations.

• I won't draw dub-con or sexual acts depicting r*pe. All parties involved have to be enjoying the act.

• I won’t draw incest.

• I won't draw offensive work.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced artwork. Therefore I’m allowed to use the copyrighted art work to promote myself with it. (Portfolio, social media etc.)

The commissioner is allowed use the copyrighted work for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. They are allowed to print the art, claim right to the original characters of theirs but not the artwork itself. They can use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to me, the artist.

Any of my artwork IS NOT ALLOWED to be fed into an AI image generator as data.

Any of my artwork IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE MINTED AS NFTs. I have never given permission for this and I never will. Nor will I do so myself.

A purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will be 300% of original price.

With commercial rights you are allowed to make merch with the artwork, use it in books, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with it. Credit is still required for usages of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

Ko-Fi commissions are smaller in scale and don't take too much of my time. These do not include variations and I do not send you WIP pics. Basically give me the description and references of what you want and I will cook up just that ^^

Be aware that the time that I’ll take to finish a commission might vary, depending on the complexity and available time.

I will do commissions in the order they come. I will notify you when I start working on your commission. I will take up to 2 commissions at the same time and rest will go into the waiting list if they so choose. You are always welcome to ask me how many commissions I have before yours.

The amount of time it takes me to finish a piece depends on the scale and amount of commissions I have at the same time. I will try to give updates as much as possible and I try not to work too much on weekends so I can have my rest ^^

I will contact you about any delays in work as soon as they come to my knowledge.

If you need the commission for a specific date or you have strict deadlines, please contact me freely and ask about the possibilities. Rushing a deadline may lead to an increase in price of the commission, but I will notify you about it.  If I have commissions before yours, I will not rush your commission. Please note this if you have deadlines.
