With the recent Board of Education Resolution to return to full instruction starting on January 25, 2021, we are giving families the opportunity to opt in for remote instruction for the second semester.

Please fill out the information below if you are choosing to opt in for remote instruction no later than Friday, January 15, 2021.

This is a semester long commitment and transition between remote and in person instruction will not be permitted after the cut off date.
