~Electric is on a first to confirm basis

 ~Vendors or business 10 ft by 10 ft  space $45
 ~Food Vendors 10 x 10 space $75
 ~Food Truck or Trailer Space $100


~Outdoor is rain or shine
~No electric is available outside
~You must supply your own tables and chairs and canopy if desired.

Event Sponsor:  $250
~10 ft by 10 ft prime space (choice indoors or outside)
~Logo on event banners
~Logo on Facebook event page
~Swag bag inserts in the 200 swag  bags
~Mentions of event sponsor from the Dj
~Logo on event yard signs
~Ad space on November/December upcoming events flier


~Raffle item of at least $15 mandatory
 ~If with a direct sales company we will only allow one representative per company at the event. If multiple register from the same company the one whom pays the invoice first will be the one confirmed.
~Once registration is sent you will receive an invoice through Square. When the invoice is paid you will see your name listed at the bottom of this contract as a confirmed vendor along with the information regarding your space/table etc.
~If you need multiple spaces or tables please list it in the other section under the space/table requests
~If you have any questions regarding what you requested for the event please check back to this link. You will receive an email the week of the event going over all of the event details.
~Once payment is submitted there are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON
~We will hand out 200 swag bags to guests. You can advertise in these bags for an additional $30. All items for the swag bags are due by September 20th. Items can be sent to P.O. Box 143 Topton PA 19562 or can be dropped off at a prior event before the due date.

Please keep in mind that Events by Jennifer Lynn nor Jennifer Smith are not responsible if you do not make any sales, low foot traffic or for any other reason the event does not meet your personal expectations. We advertise by newspaper ads, community bulletin boards, local websites, social media, posters and yard signs. It is also the responsibility of the participating vendors to share the event through Facebook and help spread the word. We work very hard for our shows and to make them be the best they can be for the vendors and the guests.
