Please complete the form below to be considered for the Aquila Grading. We will provide all student's with either a "YES" or "NO" this week from the instructors during class.

Payments are to be made in cash, prior to the grading. Any payments or additional gradings made after this date will incur a late fee £10. 

Grading costs displayed below:

White Belt - Half Green: £35 (Child), £40 (16 years +)
Green Belt - Half Red: £40 (Child), £45 (16 years +)
Red Belt - Black Stripe: £45 (Child), £50 (16 years +)
Black Stripe - Half Black £50 (Child), £55 (16 years +)
