Thank you for your interest in performing at LFEC Snow Day. Please fill form below for each team you are registering to perform and we will contact you shortly to confirm your performance.

1. REGISTER TO PERFORM HERE
Every person on your team must be performing.  If they are not performing, they will not receive a performer’s pass.  
 
The team’s Primary Contact will submit ONE (1) Performers Application for the entire group.
Please only send ONE request per group.  Duplicates can cause delays.
If you are registering more than one group, please register each group individually.

2. APPROVAL PROCESS
All performers must be approved to perform.
All approved teams will be notified as soon as possible, usually within 1 week from this submission.
Upon approval, the Registration Team will send an acceptance email.
If you do NOT receive a confirmation from Registration within 1 week, please do NOT fill out another application.  Contact (321) 426-8757 directly.
 
3. CONFIRMATION
Once confirmation is received, the performer will be emailed performance day information. 2 weeks prior to the event a day of event performance schedule will be sent to all participants.  

SCHOOLS & PERFORMERS WITH MINORS
 It is the SUPERVISING ADULTS RESPONSIBILITY to watch over kids during the event. We strongly suggest instructors with large kid teams to encourage parents who want to partake in the full experience with their kids to attend as additional chaperone.
