Ridgeline Equity Committee Statement of Interest
The Ridgeline Equity Committee (REC) is an advisory body of Ridgeline Montessori.

The functions of the of the REC are:
- To host meetings that provide a safe space centered on supporting our school community to best address issues connected to equity, inclusion, and access within Ridgeline
- To provide guidance to the administration and board on long-term goals that develop our community’s ability to provide an equitable, inclusive, and accessible environment
- To coordinate volunteer efforts working towards equity-driven school community goals
- To advise the Ridgeline administration and board on specific, immediate equity-related situations

The Equity Steering Committee is seeking to fill 5 of the 15 voting member positions on the Equity Committee. Those initial members will then work with the same equity tool to interview and fill the remaining positions. The Equity Steering Committee will interview interested applicants via Zoom this spring. Applicants can complete the form below to be considered.
