Revises the definition of a school bus as a vehicle designed to transport 16 or more passengers including the driver operated for the transportation of children to or from school or school-related activities and operated for compensation. Revises the authorizations for Class C commercial driver licenses (CDL) and Passenger Endorsements for CDLs to include the operation of a vehicle designed to transport 16 or more passengers including the driver, as opposed to more than 15 passengers including the driver.
