Please use this form to help us track practice field availability.  When you schedule an away game on a practice night and will not need your field, please let us know by choosing "Vacate" and then choose the appropriate information below.  If you see an open field and would like to request it, please choose "Request" and then choose the appropriate information below.  All responses are date/time-stamped, and all requests for an available field will be first-come, first-served.  Thank you for your help in allowing us to maximize our field utilization this season.  Please email any questions to Jason and Zach.  Any field requests emailed or otherwise communicated outside of this Google Form WILL NOT BE HONORED.
