Night of Aphasia Arts
Welcome!  We are so happy that you are submitting your ART for the NAA's 2nd Annual Night of Aphasia Arts! The event will take place LIVE on Tuesday, April 30th, 2024.   Please fill out this form by Monday, March 18th, 2024.  

There MUST be one form for each submission. Reopen the form and fill it out again if you have more than one piece to submit.  

For music, theater, dance, and poetry performances, submit a video file or a YouTube/Vimeo link. For written poetry, submit a PDF or paste the poem into the email. For visual art or photography, submit an image file.

We will do our best to present as many submissions as we can during the live show and provide access to all of the ART after the presentation.  Email any questions to art@aphasia.org.
