REGISTRATION FORM: Menstrual Cups as the Future of Period Care (12.6.)
This is a registration form to a menstrual cup workshop organized by Kuu Project, Woswa and Lunette. The workshop is an official event of the Nairobi Innovation Week.

In the workshop we will talk about womanhood and menstruation as well as how menstrual health management could be made easier in the Sub-Saharan environment. Also the menstrual cup is introduced as a easy and ecological solution to menstrual health management.

At the end of the workshop you will also receive one menstrual cup for your personal use. In return, the workshop organizers wish you to take part to a survey concerning the usage of the cup and attitudes towards menstrual health.

About receiving the menstrual cup & agreeing to take part to the surveys conducted by the organizers
At the end of the workshop the participants will receive a Lunette menstrual cup for their personal use. In return, the workshop leaders wish you to take part to 3-4 short surveys concerning the usage of the cup and attitudes towards menstrual health. These surveys will be conducted in a one-year period of which one is going to take place before the event. All the surveys are done online and the links will be received via email.

What happens next?
When the registration closes on Friday June the 7th, the participants will receive a confirmation via email. That email will also provide the participants the exact time and place of the event and more information about the content of the workshop.
