The personal data we collect through this form will be used by York Dance Space and Explore York Libraries and Archives for the following purposes:
- To contact you or your emergency contact in case of emergency
- To send you information and updates about the classes, courses, workshops or projects you have signed up for
- To understand our participants better, in order to plan and prepare activities so that they are safe and meet the needs of all participants
- To collect demographic information about our participants for our organisation
- You will be asked at the end of this form if you would like to opt in to receiving info and updates about our organisation beyond the activity you have signed up for

This data will not be shared with any other individuals, organisations or third parties.
This data will be kept securely for 2 years. We will remove your information at your request at any time.
