In compliance with RA-10173 also known as the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, the DLSU - School of Lifelong Learning (SoLL) recognizes its responsibilities to respect and protect the data it collects, uses, organizes, records, updates, consolidates or deletes from its members, students or participants.

When you enroll as a participant ("learner") on our courses, as part of the enrolling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name and contact details. The information collected from the registration form are only used for the following purposes: Addressing accounts to you, as well as processing payments, writing to you about the details of the program, processing and reporting of documents related to the event, certificate of completion, and directory for announcements/ promotions of events, programs, courses and other activities offered/ organized by SoLL and its partner institutions.

During classes, screenshots and recording will be done by SoLL. Photos may be used for print and digital publications. Photos and videos may be posted on various online platforms, including the official University website, SoLL website and social media controlled by the University, and SoLL.

All information obtained via registration or media captured during the event are entered and stored within the organization’s authorized database and will only be accessed by authorized personnel of SoLL. SoLL shall take reasonable security measures to ensure that all data and media collected will be treated with utmost confidentiality and will not be used other than for the aforementioned purposes.

Furthermore, DLSU shall not disclose your personal information without your consent and shall retain this information over a period of 6 years for the effective database management.
