Thanks to generous donations from our members, AISLE is able to provide some financial assistance for our members to renew their memberships if they are suffering financial hardships due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. If you are unable to renew your membership from January 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 and are experiencing financial hardship, you may be eligible for assistance. Please complete this form to the best of your ability. After submitting your request, your application will be reviewed by a small, confidential committee and you will be notified by email of our decision.
