Parents who are interested in attending the ENPS Middle School Basketball Tournament games, please fill out the form below. A new form must be filled out for each game. Due to COVID-19 guidelines, space is limited to 30 people and tickets will be given on a first come, first served basis. Maximum of 4 tickets only. Fans will be required to go through a COVID-19 check-in and temperature check. Masks MUST be worn at all times. Tickets can be picked up at the ENPS building. The ticket time you select is only good for that game. Once the game has ended, we ask that you please leave so that we may disinfect for parents attending the next game.
