My child was Baptised and Confirmed in an Eastern Catholic Rite Church i.e. Maronite, Greek Orthodox etc... and I would like for them to receive a blessing during the Confirmation Ceremony.

The Sponsor must be a confirmed Catholic, ideally a Godparent (and not a parent), over the age of 16 years and someone who actively models their faith. This year, due to COVID-19 restrictions, a parent may stand in as a proxy for a sponsor who cannot attend on the day.
