Code of conduct violations (https://fanworkscon.com/code-of-conduct/) can be reported by emailing safety@fanworkscon.com or by filling out the form below. During the con weekend, members of the safety team can also be contacted on Discord (available staff members will be listed in #safety).

We will be monitoring all three contact methods throughout the con weekend, but if a situation is ongoing and/or needs immediate attention, we recommend pinging a staff member on Discord for a faster response.

The full details of reports and the identities of individuals who have made reports will be kept confidential, viewable only by the head of the safety team and the con chair. Non-identifying details will be shared with other members of the safety team (and other members of con staff, if needed) as necessary so that appropriate measures can be taken to ensure the safety of con attendees. We may be in contact for additional details if needed.
