ABOUT THE GREENWAY SOIRÉE
The mission of Friends of Lafitte Greenway is to build, program, and promote the Lafitte Greenway as a great public space. Our seventh annual gala, the Greenway Soirée, is a sophisticated event to celebrate the Greenway. Approximately 450 Greenway supporters will be treated to food from some of the city’s best restaurants as they dance to live music, sample craft cocktails, beer, and wine, mingle, and shop our auction. We would like to invite you to participate by providing a signature dish for one of our small plate tasting stations.

Proceeds from this event will help us continue to ensure that the Lafitte Greenway develops into a vibrant and healthy public space that connects people to nature, their destinations, and each other.

As a small plate sponsor for the Soirée, you will receive the following benefits:
• One tasting station, to include a skirted table and signage, at the event.
• Restaurant name will be included in event marketing materials, including event web page and Facebook event page.
• All press releases and all forms of event promotion will mention participating restaurants. This includes blog posts, e-mail newsletters, and posts on our social media pages.
• Your restaurant will have the opportunity to use Friends of Lafitte Greenway’s logo on external and internal communications and for cross-marketing purposes.

By participating, you agree to supply the following:
• A sample portion of a signature dish for 250 guests.
• Serving equipment, paper goods and other necessary equipment for your station to be self-contained, including serving utensils, guest plating, and utensils.
• Staff person to serve your dish. If you are unable to provide staff, please contact Nellie Catzen nellie@lafittegreenway.org // 504.702.6778, to discuss.
• Provide this form including dish name and description, chef biography, and photo to Friends of Lafitte Greenway by August 23, 2019.

All donations to Friends of Lafitte Greenway are fully tax deductible. We will happily provide an in-kind donation receipt to all small plate donors.
