Volunteer to help at the Mike Penman Open 5
The 54th Open 5 is on Saturday 19 March 2022 and only happens thanks to the hard work of volunteers. We need help with:

In the clubhouse:
* Registration = distributing numbers, timing chips and momentos
* Baggage = taking in, looking after and returning runner's bags
* Refreshments = staffing the refreshment stall in the clubhouse
* Set up and clear down

On the course:
* Marshalling
* Water and banana stall just after the finish
* Setting the mile markers and recovering them after the race
