本表單由國立臺灣大學國家發展所碩士班一般生三年級研究生陳炫存（即本論文研究者）所建立。
       
本論文欲探討，依入出國移民法的9條第一項第一款或第四款並國籍法第2條之無戶籍國民(即直系血親為中華民國有戶籍國民，子女為無戶籍國民之情形)，於認同及公民身分之形構過程，並探討其因無戶籍國民身分所遇到的情況或所面對的困境。

This form was created by Chen Hsuan Tsun (the researcher of this paper), a third-year graduate student in the master's program of  Graduate Institute of National Development,National Taiwan University.
       
This paper intends to discuss the situation of  nationals without registered household in Taiwan by Article 9, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 1 or 4 of the Immigration Act and Article 2 of the Nationality Act (i.e., those whose direct blood relatives are registered nationals of the Republic of China(Taiwan) and whose children are nationals without household registration). In the process of the formation of identity and citizenship, and explore the situations or difficulties they face due to their   nationals without registered household status.
