May 31st - Summer Market (10-3)
September 6th - Fall I Market (10-3)
October 4th - Fall II Market (10-3)
November 8th - Holiday Market (10-3)
December 13th - Merry Market (10-3)
** OUR MARKET APPLICATIONS UNDERGO A JURY PROCESS. WE HAVE LIMITED SPACE AT OUR MARKETS **
* You may select multiple market dates. If selected we will notify you which dates you have been accepted to. If you would like to be a vendor at multiple markets, we strongly encourage you to apply for all now. We will be filling all markets at the same time.
* Filling out this application DOES NOT guarantee a space at our Markets. The jury will review your applications, and if accepted you will receive an email with payment information and more details.
* We strive for variety and proper booth placement to avoid crossover of product category. Please be specific with what items you will be selling.
* The Jury uses your business Facebook Page, Instagram, Etsy or website as our way to view your products & booth setup. If you do not have any of these, but would like to participate, you may separately email us photos of your product & booth setup to: erinn@bridgeandmainmarket.com
* We keep our Outdoor Markets smaller to provide a more personal market experience for our vendors & attendees. Due to the smaller size we do have to turn down many vendor requests. Market cancellations & no shows will impact your spot in future markets.
* All vendors are expected to pay all booth fees within 7 days of acceptance email or their space may be given to another applicant.
* All Markets (including Holiday & Merry) are held outside. Markets are held rain or shine. If we do decide to cancel due to weather we will transfer the fee to another Market date of vendors choice.
* There are NO refunds.
Set up is from 7am - 9:30am.
We have 35 vendor spots available and the vendor fee is $75 for a 10 x10 spot.
