Cloud based DL tools (ZeroCostDL4Mic)
The SciLifeLab BioImage Informatics Facility provides the support and training you need to perform state-of-the-art analyses on your image data.
In this event we will give you an overview of ZeroCostDL4Mic. ZeroCostDL4Mic is a toolbox for the training and implementation of common Deep Learning approaches to microscopy imaging. It exploits the ease-of-use and access to GPU provided by Google Colab.
