Welcome to the 2022-2023 School Year in Music at El Portal Middle School! There are many pieces that need to come together just right in order for a Band Program to run successfully throughout the year. At El Portal, we have a group of band booster parents who are in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly so that your child can have the best possible experience this year.

While these parents are doing a fantastic job, the old English proverb is always true-'"Many hands make light work." You may not have the time in your schedule to commit to a Booster Organization as a board member, but perhaps you have a willingness to serve and a skillset that would benefit our program in a specific way that would ease the burden of responsibility for our booster parents.
