We are looking forward to having your family participate in our Spiritual Exploration Experience - S.E.E.

We are ready for a year of connecting, learning, helping our neighbors, and creating opportunities for growth. We'll be running a full church-year of programming focusing on supporting our families and offering thoughtful and memorable opportunities for our community to grow together.

This Fall we look forward to offering five classes covering PreK thru 12th Grade, and later in the year, we'll be offering a new-to-our-community Elementary OWL program for K-1st Graders!

We have some flexibility on which class you'd like to have your youth attend. If you feel your child or youth might do better in the slightly older or slightly younger group, please feel free to reach out to me or share that info on your registration form.

Our Groupings:

• Our Littles, including our Pre-K and Kindergarten friends, will be focusing on diversity and inclusion using our expanded Rainbow Connection curriculum. We feel blessed to have such a large collection of anti-racist stories for our young ones!
• Our Youngers, to include our First thru Third Graders, will be participating in our In Your Shoes, a storybook curriculum which will offer stories, crafts, and activities that give our kids the opportunity to see things from another point of view
• Our Middle School Youth, to include our Fourth thru Sixth Graders, will be enjoying the CARTUUNS curriculum that uses animated shorts from Pixar and Disney as the basis for discussion about the values inherent in Unitarian Universalism
• Our Jr High Youth, to include Seventh & Eighth Graders, will be seeing the world through the eyes of Bart & Lisa's as they discover the wisdom and wit of our Simpsons themed curriculum, D'oh God. After the viewing the full episode, the class engages in discussion and activities, designed to encourage deep contemplation of the story shared
• Our Sr High Youth, to include Ninth thru Twelfth Graders, will dive deep into Unitarian Universalist, Rod Sterling's Twilight Zone, as they follow our Fifth Dimension curriculum. This old school TV program, offers a wide swath of social issues and political statements, that still ring true today, leading to lively and engaging class discussions
