Multnomah County-REACH Flu Vaccination Campaign: Community Engagement Form
Multnomah County Health Department Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH), is launching an influenza (flu) vaccination campaign. The goals of the campaign are:
1) To protect the health of and prevent the transmission of flu among Multnomah County's African American and African Immigrant/Refugee communities.
2) Educate and empower “trusted voices” in the community to support vaccine education and delivery
3) Provide and disseminate accurate information about the health impacts of the flu virus

From October 2020 - March 2021, we would like to engage our community and ensure Black voices and experiences are uplifted through campaign efforts. We welcome “trusted voices”, to roll your #SleeveUp, as a #FluFighter to #FightFlu and become a #MultcoFluFighter. Please, fill out this form and join our collective effort to build a culture of Black health in Multnomah County.
