Derby City Dhoom is looking for people interested in being liaisons and staff for our competition this year. As a liaison, you'll be assigned a team, either Bhangra or Fusion, who you'll be the point of contact for. As a reminder, the competition will take place on April 6th, 2024 at the Brown Theatre. We ask that you keep yourself
Liaisons are responsible for:
-Being the main form of contact between the Head Liaison (Kaci Ayer) and their assigned teams.
-Being available from the start of Mixer of Friday, April 5th until the team leaves Sunday, April 7th.
-Helping their team around UofL's campus, the Brown Theatre, the hotel, and the after party.
-Ensuring their team has a safe and enjoyable time at DCD 2024!
Staff is responsible for:
-Being on standby to drive teams if the need arises (it always does)
-Being available to concretely help out DCD Directors and EC at any time during comp weekend
When filling out the application below, please be sure to indicate whether you want to be a liaison OR staff. You cannot be both.
Being a liaison or staff member is a fun and rewarding role, but it also carries its fair share of responsibility and effort. We are dedicated to ensuring our competing teams have a great competition experience, and we greatly appreciate our liaisons and staff for their indispensable contribution to DCD.
