So sorry to hear your RomperJack is not working out for you. Once your RomperJack comes home to us, within 21 days of delivery, we will issue you a store credit. You will then be able to use that store credit as you please. If your item shows signs of wear and tear, it will not be accepted and it will be sent back to you. This includes any animal hair, cologne, body odor or stains.

We will only being offering store credit at this time. A refund back to your original form of payment will only be processed if the return insurance is purchased. We do not cover the shipping labels to send back your items, that is the customer's responsibility.

Our Mystery Boxes are final sale and will not be accepted for store credit or a refund to your original form of payment, even if the return insurance is purchased.
