Mentors assist new members in learning the mechanics of storytelling, operating cameras, using studio equipment, producing a show and more.

Mentors have a mentee shadow at least twice a month/bi-weekly; work with a mentee on short- and long-term goals during the semester; and meet up monthly for chats and bonding activities.
