We use the term academia to include scientific research roles at colleges, universities, national labs and federal agencies. This panel will discuss challenges early career scientists often encounter, how to overcome them, and which systems should be updated to improve inclusivity in recruiting and retention.  This event responds to some of the data collected as part of the Snowmass Early Career Climate Survey.
