Freshman Election Application
We hope you consider running for Freshman Class President or Vice President!  You will represent your class and be a member of Peninsula High's ASB Class, which meets every day during 4th period.  ASB is the group responsible for events including Spirit Weeks, Homecoming, Winter Formal, Prom, Clubs, the Zoo, and much more!

If you run in the election, you will film a speech from your house and share it with Mrs. Pollock, the Activities Director.  The video will then be shared with the other Peninsula High School freshman, and they will all have an opportunity to vote online.  The details of how the speech will be shared and how freshman will vote will be discussed at the mandatory freshman election meeting (please see below).

Important to note: THERE IS NOT A “7TH PERIOD” ASB OPTION.  ALL MEMBERS OF ASB MUST BE IN 4TH PERIOD LEADERSHIP.  FRESHMAN APPLICANTS- THIS MEANS YOUR SCHEDULE WILL CHANGE IF YOU ARE ELECTED.  IF YOU WIN THE ELECTION, YOU MUST BE WILLING TO CHANGE YOUR SCHEDULE TO MAKE ROOM FOR 4TH PERIOD ASB.
