Thank you for your interest in vending Rumble Down Festival. We are delighted with the level of interest we have received from vendors so far this season!
Rumble Down Festival is in it's second year and excited to share the weekend with all of you. The festival will feature a variety of bluegrass, folk, jamband, rock, and high-quality entertainment from some amazing bands that hail from all over the Midwest.
Hosted by the Rumpke Mountain Boys, this year's Rumble Down is brought to you by Musical Mischief and the amazing energy of so many wonderful souls. So join us again for another Family Affair. "We may not have it all together, but together we have it all."
Vendors are an important part of the show. We offer the following info and policies and hope our fest is a good fit for your business this year.
Vending Info and PoliciesEvent Location: The Kampground 11380 Darnell Rd Mechanicsburg IL 62520
Event Dates: Thursday July 20th, 2023- Sunday July 23rd, 2023
Venue open to public Noon Thursday and closes Sunday at Noon.
Load In: Wednesday July 19th or Thursday July 20th 9 am - 5pm. Once music begins no vehicles will be allowed in the vendor area.
Load Out: Sunday July 23rd, 2023 by NOON
Vendors are encouraged to stay open as long as possible during event hours. Vendors must be set up, inspected( food only) and open by 5pm Thursday July 20th, 2023.
This is a camping event. You will have tent space available with your vending booth, vehicle parking and or car camping is not allowed in the vending area. We have free on site showers and real bathrooms.
Vending Fee is $250 ( Non-Food). This is for a 12ft x 12ft space, with camping space behind and ONE GA wristband. Food folks will be contacted with specific info.
Access to electricity will be available for basic service to run light and a fan.
Please mention your electrical needs in the description of your set up
Your business and any of the people working for your business actions must meet all local, county, state, and federal laws. This includes but is not limited to Sangamon county food service permits and sales tax.
No Glass, No Dogs, No Drugs, No Roaming Vending, No Weapons, No Fireworks, No Illegal Sales
You must leave your booth space as you found it and completely remove all rubbish and debris (including
cigarette butts, zip ties, boxes, and micro-trash of any kind)
.Festival Staff will collect trash and rubbish several times a day.
Cancellation Policy: This is a rain or shine event. We have a No Refund policy.
