Hi 2020 Collegiate Grads!

Next Thursday, October 22nd (2:30 - 6pm) and Friday, October 23rd (2:30 - 4:30pm) we will be offering an opportunity to come to the school collect your graduation package.

Please use this form to sign up for a date/time to collect your graduate package.

There will be an opportunity to take photos, so feel free to wear your cap and gown when you arrive for your pickup time!

If these dates/times are not convenient for you, please call the school office (905) 687-7301 to make other pickup arrangements.

2019-20 Collegiate Yearbooks are also available for purchase for $40. If you would like to purchase one, indicate this on the form below and bring your money when you pick up your graduation package.

If you still have Collegiate items at home (ie. Chromebook, text books, library books), please use this opportunity to return them during your scheduled pickup time.

***Please complete the The Ontario Covid-19 School Screening Self Assessment (https://covid-19.ontario.ca/school-screening/) on the day of pickup prior to your arrival. If the assessment results advise you not to come to the school, then call the school office to make alternate pickup arrangements.***
