From 19th July, the UK government has relaxed the rules for social contact with respect to covid-19 and these are reflected in the latest EA guidance for training runs. However, NLFR would like to ask that if you have symptoms associated with Covid-19, have been asked to self-isolate or have received a positive Covid-19 test, that you do not attend our runs until the end of your quarantine period or have received a negative test result. We also continue to encourage you to wear masks if sharing lifts and to maintain appropriate distancing where possible on our runs

This contact information will only be used in the event of an emergency requiring contact with yourself or your emergency contact. The data will be stored for a maximum of 7 days from the date of the run and will then be deleted. This information will only be accessible to members of the NLFR committee or those co-opted by the committee to lead club runs.
