Fill out our form to become a vendor for the 2022 Fall Craft and Vendor Fair in New Lisbon at the New Lisbon Community Center on October 1st, 2022

Spaces are $40 ( please specify if you need electric. The location is the New Lisbon Community Center, located at 110 Welch Prairie Road, New Lisbon, WI 53950.

The show is from 9 am - 1 pm. Set up will be from 7 am - 9 am. You must be set up and ready by 9 am. No early teardowns. Bring your own chairs and tables.

We will limit the show to only one vendor per company. Spaces are filled by the vendor who is first to fill out this application and pay. If you submit your application and another vendor from the same company has already submitted one, we will email you to let you know that the space was already filled, and return your money.

**Never send money to an individual that has contacted you through social media. Only deal with the New Lisbon Chamber of Commerce. There are many people on Facebook looking to take money for booth spaces who are not affiliated with us in any way.**

You must fill out this form and pay via check or Square. Your SPACE IS NOT RESERVED UNTIL THIS APPLICATION IS COMPLETED AND PAYMENT IS MADE.
