We go outside everyday, sunscreen and bug spray is often necessary do you give permission for the preschool to use the school sunscreen/bug spray? If Not please ensure you send a labelled spray and let us know. *

I  give consent to Loving to Learn Preschool to administer first aid and/or seek Emergency assistance for my child should it be required while he/she is at preschool. *
I give authorization for my child to go for walks in the community or play outside weather permitting. If there are circumstances under which they may not go outside for walks or play, I will communicate this to the teachers beforehand. *
Fees/Refunds
A 25% deposit is due per camp—this is due one week from registration, deposit is refundable until June 15th  for the July camp or July 15 for the Aug camp.
No refund after June 15 or July 15. Payment is due in full by June 15 or July 15.

Children must be toilet trained (accidents can happen but we do not have the time to toilet train) Thank you!
