The Everyday Places Partner In Education Program is a Just Say YES To Youth Initiative, and strategic community response to closing the gap of education inequities identified by Metamorphasis Powerhouse Company.

It is the vision of Metamorphasis Powerhouse Company to dismantle the damaging effects of education inequities and increase child well-being by motivate young people to learn, support healthy family foundations with parents, recognize and encourage educators, strengthen school and community relationships, meet partner needs and help communities thrive where historically under-served and underrepresented citizens live, work and play.

Throughout the nation, it is our aim to create, maintain and develop programs through which corporations, local businesses, entrepreneurs, tech industries, institutions of primary and higher learning, faith communities, civic and professional groups and government institutions form partnerships in order to help strengthen and amplify our efforts to empower K-12 educators to provide enhanced educational opportunities for students and parents from historically under-served and underrepresented communities.

Our Everyday Places Partner In Education Program is open to all public, public charter and private schools serving historically under-served and underrepresented citizens.

Must have organizational skills, imagination, and the ability to motivate other people

Must be high enough in the hierarchy of the organization to get the support needed for the success of the partnership

Must be able to plan cooperatively and to implement activities that meet the needs of students, teachers, community, and Partner In Education administration

Must be able to establish effective techniques for scheduling and integrating resource persons into the school's regular programs

Must be able to establish communication, foster open problem solving, and encourage and receive constructive feedback

Must be able to review the partnership informally throughout the year and formally at the year's end or at the end of the project term.

Must be able to submit copies of surveys, exit tickets, and evaluation data to MetIncPowerCo
