RULES AND REGULATIONS

ARTIST ALLEY                                    
Artist Alley Tables are for Comic Book Artists, Comic Authors, and Handmade Creators/Crafters ONLY.
Includes one table, one chair, and two passes. Displays cannot exceed 8 ft high.
No more than two people at ANY Artist Alley table. No exceptions.

VENDOR BOOTHS
Vendor Booth area is 10x10. Vendor aisle/inline booths includes one table, one chair, and two passes. Vendor corner booths include two tables, one chair, and two passes. Displays cannot exceed 10 ft high. Vendors can bring additional tables and shelving.

We do not accept: LuLaRoe, Mary Kay, Origami Owl, Multi-Level Marketing, etc.

CLUB TABLES
Club Tables are intended for groups and organizations who plan to sell NO items (retail or otherwise) at their table. Includes one table, one chair, and two passes. These free tables are intended for clubs, cons, and charities only.

PODCASTS
Podcast tables are 6ft and include one table, one chair, and two passes. Priced the same as Artist Alley.

CELEBRITY OR PRO GUEST REQUEST
If you are a celebrity or professional artist please reach us on Facebook to discuss a possible space at the show. Please keep in mind that by PRO we mean you have multiple issues/titles with top publishers.

EXHIBITOR DETAILS
    -All materials must be “All Age Appropriate”
    -Sizes of table are subject to availability.
    -Food, Firework, and Weapon sales are PROHIBITED.
    -Each Vendor/Artist receives 2 Exhibitor wristbands per table.
    -Please bring your own tablecloths, displays, and signage.
    -Displays cannot exceed 10 ft high.
    -No Subletting or Sharing your table of any kind.
    -Due to the high volume of exhibitors we do not take seating requests.
    -A max of 2 additional wristbands can be purchased during load in for $15 a piece (cash only).
   
Fairfax Comic Con is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Fairfax Comic Con reserves the right to cancel any exhibitor at any time.


REVIEW
All applications will be reviewed by our judging committee and approved exhibitors will be notified within two weeks if accepted. If you do not hear back within 2 weeks feel free to follow up through our Facebook page.

Artist Alley Table     $85      
Vendor Booths         $200
Vendor Corner Booth  $225


PAYMENT
Full payment is required by due date before announcing on website and social media. Unpaid spaces will go to the next person on the wait list.

ELECTRICAL
Power is not included with your table or booth. You can purchase power through the Dulles Expo Center. Power can be purchased after booth placements have gone out (Roughly 45 days prior to the show).

REFUND POLICY
A 50% refund will be issued if we can fill your space with someone from the waitlist. If your space is unsold there will be no refund.

LATE EXHIBITORS
Any exhibitor who has not arrived by 9:30 on Saturday morning will forfeit their table and not be eligible for a refund.

LOAD-IN
Friday 12pm-7pm
Saturday 6:30am-9:30am
*All times subject to change by the Dulles Expo Center

LOAD-OUT All areas must be clean of debris or you will be subject to a clean-up charge of $75. Do not leave any trash behind. Any damages made TO the building will be subject to penalty.
