Bittersweet memories. Loss of traditions. An empty seat at the table. The holiday season can trigger sadness and despair for people grieving a loss. Join us for a free event called Surviving the Holidays where we talk about how to deal with grief around the holiday season. Our Surviving the Holidays Seminar will be on Tuesday, November 8th, from 5:30-7:00 pm CST. The class is free and will be offered both online and in person.
