Location: Bellefontaine City Schools (Distance Learning Center), 755 East Lake Ave., Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311

Lunch:  1/2 hour On Your Own (Bring your Lunch)

**All attendees will receive a hard copy (or digital copy) of visual phonics cards as part of the registration fee.

>>Space is limited to 40 participants - Once the ESC receives forty (40) paid registrations (by credit card or Purchase Orders), all subsequent registrants will be placed on a waiting list. You will receive an email within seven (7) days of your registration confirming whether you have been accepted for the 11/15 training OR placed on the waiting list.

GROUP REGISTRATION:  Please register staff members separately. In order to minimize confusion and be able to send instant confirmation to all participants, we will no longer be using an external group registration form.  If you are a Central Office member registering your staff, please register them individually. You will need to fill out this form completely multiple times.  Thank you!

Target Audience: SLPs, Classroom Teachers of students with hearing impairments, Preschool Teachers, Educational Audiologists, Reading Specialists, Instructional Assistants, Sign Language Interpreters, etc...

Registration Fees:

~$40 for Hardin, Shelby, Logan, Madison, and Champaign County Public School Districts, Boards of DD, & Career Centers.

~$85 for school districts outside of the above counties or other agencies/non-profits.

>> Weather Contingency Policy: Participants should plan to arrive unless they receive a formal “CLOSURE / CANCELLATION” email from the Midwest Regional ESC on the morning of the event. A delay or cancelation by Bellefontaine City Schools will not necessarily mean the event is canceled or delay.  Please plan to attend unless you receive direct communication from the MRESC on the morning of the event.
