As stated in the Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Association dated 23 September 2020, as one of the precautionary measures for the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, Members who plan to attend the AGM in person are strongly encouraged to RSVP with the Association, so that the School and the Association can make necessary health safety arrangements for the AGM.
All information collected will solely be used for the purpose of estimating the attendance to the AGM. While RSVP is strongly encouraged, please note that RSVP is not a pre-requisite to attend the AGM.
