Jobs Academy: Partner Employer Form

Supported by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet’s Office for Women, Jobs Academy is a year long, virtual program designed to help women and gender diverse people find a job and build a secure, rewarding career.

The Jobs Academy pilot program concluded in December 2022 and demonstrated both overwhelming demand and success. Of an intake of 140 members, 72% secured a job or commenced study and 91% reported an increase in their confidence.

Thanks to a funding expansion from the Office for Women, in 2023 we will support a cohort of 600 participants with further intakes planned for 2024, 2025 and beyond.

We’re always excited when someone enquires about a partnership with Jobs Academy. Before setting up a time for a conversation, we'd like to know more about your flexible work policies and the roles you are hiring for and would be seeking to promote to Jobs Academy members. 

Our priority is to partner with progressive and flexible employers that recognise the way workplaces need to change in order to support more women and gender diverse people returning to work.
