Students may borrow multiple books for summer reading (you have 20 spaces on this form). Here's what to do to get books from our school library:

1. Please use the library catalog www.ewsd.org/library to determine what you would like to read. Make sure you are only searching the EES collection.
2. Search for a book or books - be sure that each book is available at our school.  
3. Fill out this form with the title and author of up to ten books.
4. Come to the school on your chosen date to pick up your books.
5. Books will be placed in a bag with your name on it at the Bixby Hill side of the school (beside the book return box which is under the roof overhang to the far right of the front door).
