SYSTEM OF PLAY: 7 rounds, Swiss System, 2 Categories: Open and U-12. For the pairings, Swiss Manager program will be used. TIME CONTROL: 15 minutes + 10 seconds increment per move. TIE-BREAKS: Direct Encounter, Buchholz Cut 1, Buchholz, Sonneborn-Berger. DEADLINE: 3rd October 2019 (Thursday) for registration and payment. Limited to 180 players.
