Conditions of registration:

In order to book you in, you need
to complete the registration form. Please attend all activities you register for as it costs AYC money
- You will be notified if you have been
successful for excursions. All other activities you are immediately accepted when registered.

All activities are strictly for
young people between 12-24 years old
- Participants maintain full responsibility their belongings while
attending this program.
- All participants must adhere to health and safety instructions and
behave in a way that is safe for all participants, staff and volunteers.
- Participants found to behave inappropriately, in a threatening manner or
being disrespectful to other’s beliefs and opinions may be asked to leave the
program/s.
- Auburn Youth Centre reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. For
outdoor programs or physical activity programs poor weather or extreme heat may
result in cancellation of a program. Where possible an alternate program
will be held.
- All information collected in this enrolment form is for the purposes of
managing and delivering programs at Auburn Youth Centre. All information will be collected and stored
in line with the Centre’s Privacy and Confidentiality Policies.
- Registering for an excursion does not mean you have been accepted.
- I authorise Auburn Youth Centre staff and volunteers to take photos for use in AYC publications and to promote the centre and related programs. I will email AYC at admin@ayc.org.au should I not agree to this condition.
Priority for attending excursions will be given to the most
disadvantaged. We will try to give everyone the opportunity to attend at least 1 excursion.
For all Centre based activities you can turn up on
the day without registering.
