Freelance Agreement

This Agreement is made on [Date] between [Your Name] ("Freelancer") and YoungMinds Malaysia ("Organization").

Services: The Freelancer agrees to provide [specific services or project description] to YoungMinds Malaysia as detailed in the attached Schedule A.

Term: This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue until [End Date or completion of services], unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.

Payment Terms:

The Freelancer shall be paid [amount in MYR] for the services rendered, payable upon completion of the services or as per the payment schedule in Schedule B.Invoices should be submitted by the Freelancer to the Organization upon completion of the services or as agreed in the payment schedule.The Organization agrees to pay the invoiced amount within [number of days] days of receipt.

Confidentiality: The Freelancer agrees to keep all work and information related to YoungMinds Malaysia confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the Organization.

Intellectual Property:

All work products developed by the Freelancer under this Agreement will be the property of YoungMinds Malaysia.The Freelancer grants YoungMinds Malaysia a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute any such work products.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement with a [number of days] days written notice to the other party.In case of termination, the Freelancer shall be paid for the services rendered up to the date of termination.

Independent Contractor Status: The Freelancer is an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction, e.g., Malaysia].
