Pebble Tossers Ripple Run Nonprofit Expo Application
On Sunday, November 17th, Pebble Tossers host our 4th Ripple Run 5K & Nonprofit Expo. This is a highly motivational, action-packed, and FUN Service Event where children and families learn how to become active participants in our community. Through engaging hands-on activities, kids are given exposure to new organizations so they can make a difference in our community. There will be a 5K run and a 1K fun run/walk (stroller & dog-friendly). The Nonprofit Expo at the end of the race will feature local nonprofits and they will be hosting their own mini-service projects related to their missions. Held at Newtown Park in Johns Creek, this exciting family experience is like none other.
 
Pebble Tossers invites YOU to participate in this fun event!  The Nonprofit Expo will highlight a select group of local and national nonprofit organizations.  We invite you to be one of our participants as a Nonprofit Exhibitor in our Expo where you can sell your products directly to our visitors.

Nonprofit Exhibitor check-in will begin at 7:15 am and set-up must be completed by 7:45 am. The 1K race and Nonprofit Expo starts at 9:00 am and the 5K is at 9:30 am. The Nonprofit Expo will conclude at 11:00 am.
 
Your participation as a nonprofit exhibitor will provide an excellent means of interacting with community-minded families in Metro Atlanta.  Nonprofit exhibitors will host their own hands-on service project or educational activity related to your mission.  The Ripple Run provides a platform for your organization to showcase the amazing work you do in the community and an excellent opportunity to gain new volunteers and potential donors.
 
To ensure each Exhibitor receives visits from race participants, Pebble Tossers will provide a “passport” to all race participants. Nonprofits need to provide a stamp to each passport. Completed passports will be entered into a raffle to win prizes. Passports will also have a “Vote for your Favorite Nonprofit” category. The nonprofit with the most votes wins breakfast for your office.

GENERAL EXHIBITOR INFORMATION and CONTRACT PROVISIONS
 
Submit your application quickly.  Applications that meet exhibiting criteria will be accepted on a first-come, first-reserved basis from applications that meet exhibiting criteria.  Please keep copies of all information for your records.  All entries should be sure to focus on having a fantastic hands-on service project or educational activity. Hands-on activities do not include coloring sheets but can include interactive games, activities, craft projects, etc.

PEBBLE TOSSERS PROVIDES:

Pebble Tossers will provide dedicated space for a 10 x 10 tent
Pebble Tossers will list name on website and eNewsletter
Pebble Tossers provides featured social media posts dedicated to your organization
Pebble Tossers provides “passport” to all race participants to ensure a visit to all nonprofits. Nonprofits need to provide a stamp to each passport. NONPROFIT PROVIDES:

Nonprofit provides materials for participant goody bags (optional)
Nonprofit provides own tent, table, chairs, and signage
Nonprofit provides own service project or educational activity for approximately 300 people (mandatory)
Nonprofit allowed to solicit volunteers, donations and to sell branded merchandise
Nonprofit provides a stamp or sticker for each Expo Passport
Nonprofit will send Pebble Tossers 3-5 high-resolution photos that best describe your organization/mission
Nonprofit will send Pebble Tossers 3-5 "Did you Know" quotes about your organization/mission.
